Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bangalore Craft Crawl website or participating in the Bangalore Craft Crawl challenge ("Challenge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Participation is restricted to individuals aged 21 or older, and you must accept the liability disclaimers regarding alcohol consumption.

Eligibility and Participation

  • Participation in the Challenge is free and open only to natural persons aged 21 or older.
  • No website registration is required to participate. Anyone can walk into a participating brewery, request a fresh Passport, and begin the Challenge.
  • Website registration is optional and provides digital tracking of your crawl progress, updates, and access to polls and other interactive features.

Challenge Rules

  • Visit each of the 20 participating breweries between 12:00 PM on September 1, 2025 and 11:59 PM on September 30, 2025.
  • At each brewery, purchase a glass of the focus style (Local Lager with a locally sourced grain adjunct) in a 250 ml, 330 ml, or 500 ml serving.
  • Authorized brewery staff will place one unique stamp per Passport grid once the pint is paid for and served.
  • Only one stamp per brewery is permitted; additional purchases do not qualify for extra stamps.
  • Complete all 20 stamps within the Challenge period to qualify for a gift and voting rights.
  • After obtaining 20 stamps, present your fresh Passport at one of the two designated Gift Stations to receive your Gift and a final completion stamp. Gifts are limited, first come, first served, and must be claimed on or before September 30, 2025.

Liability, Safety, and Medical Warnings

  • You acknowledge and agree that you participate at your own risk. The Challenge involves the purchase and consumption of alcohol.
  • Drink responsibly. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery after consuming alcohol.
  • We do not encourage excessive drinking. Pregnant women, individuals with medical conditions, or those taking medication that interacts with alcohol should not participate.
  • By participating, you confirm you understand and assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption.

Breweries and Event Management

  • All breweries have agreed to remain fully participating throughout the Challenge.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate parts of the Challenge. Including dates, rules, or participating venues - at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
  • If a brewery withdraws despite prior agreement, we will endeavor to make alternative arrangements.

Passport Replacement & Fraud

  • Passports are issued free of cost. If lost, you may obtain a new fresh Passport from any participating brewery and restart your stamp collection. No fees apply.
  • Any fraudulent activity such as false stamping or Passport tampering, will result in immediate disqualification and a ban from current and future Challenges.

User Content and Intellectual Property

  • By tagging @bangalorecraftcrawl or using #bccchallenge2025, #bangalorecraftcrawl, or #bcc2025 on public social media, or by uploading photos/videos on our website, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content for promotional purposes.
  • If you wish to withdraw this license, you must notify us in writing at contact@beercraftcrawl.com.

Gift and Prize Terms

  • Gifts are limited in quantity and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All gifts must be claimed by 11:59 PM on September 30, 2025. No extensions will be granted.

Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the website (for optional registration) and participation data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms and all disputes arising out of or related to the Challenge will be governed by the laws of India and the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bangalore Craft Crawl, its organizers, partners, and breweries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Challenge.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
